Staying Safe In-store I Hatfields’ Latest Guidelines
We are following government guidelines closely and wish to assure you of our plans to ensure we maintain a safe shopping environment and safe delivery experience. The continued safety of our customers, community and staff are our priority.
FACE COVERINGS - Whilst this is no longer mandatory in-store, our staff will wear a facecovering whilst actively helping you with a purchase at your request.
SOCIAL DISTANCING – Whilst social distancing is no longer mandatory, we respectfully request that our customers and staff maintain distance from other shoppers where possible and to be kind by giving everyone ample space.
CLEANING/SANITISING – Both our stores are regularly cleaned and we will continue to provide hand sanitiser for our customers upon entering and exiting our stores. We are also retaining all screens at our sales desks and in our offices.
TRYING BEDS & FURNITURE - We are happy to provide disposable towels before sitting on our furniture or laying on our beds/pillows if this would help create a more comfortable shopping experience for you. Please ask one of our sales advisors who will be able to help provide a disposable paper towel.
DELIVERIES – We are able to carry out deliveries as normal and our teams have been trained in how to carry out covid-safe deliveries within customer homes. If you should prefer, we offer the option for you to collect your order directly from our warehouse.
NHS APP - Whilst you are no longer required to check-in upon visiting Hatfields via the NHS App QR code, you are still very welcome to do so.
We shall regularly review the government rules/recommendations and will adapt as required.
