LVT Flooring Fitters (Self Employed)

Due to an increased volume of sales in our Flooring Department we are looking to recruit additional Self-Employed Fitting Teams, specialising in the installation of Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring.

Quality Controller - Online Sales Co-Ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit a new member of staff to work in our logistics team.

This position is for a 32.5 hour working week (predominantly Monday-Friday), although flexibility and occasional weekend work may be required. The successful candidate will be expected to work additional hours when the demands of the business require.

Main Duties Include, but not limited to:

The following duties accounts for two days work in any week:

Inspection of customer replacements.

Process reports for customer services.

Carry out in home customer visits.

Carry out home deliveries to company standards.

Dismantling and assembly of furniture items.

The following duties accounts for three days work in any week:

Pick online sales items according to order details.

A willingness to be trained to operate the company’s goods picker trucks.

Use picker to locate and pick customer items.

Prepare online sales items for delivery/collection.

Assist customers with collections direct from the warehouse.

Update customer order details on the computer system.

Maintain online sales data base.

Deal direct with customer to answer order queries.

Unloading/Loading of vehicles when required.

Attention to detail in all aspects is required.

General warehouse duties.


General Duties:

Notify your manager of any Health & Safety issues immediately.

Carry out housekeeping duties within the workshop & warehouse operation.

To observe and follow the Company Fire Procedure in the event of a fire or fire evacuation practice.

Wear your designated company dress at all times.

To follow all company rules & procedures as set out in the company handbook.

To carry out any reasonable requests from the Logistics Manager/Warehouse Manager.
