Your choice of carpet not only depends on the design, whether it be plain, patterned, natural or textured, it is very important to remember that the suitability for the newly carpeted area is taken into consideration first. If you can approach a sales person with this information in mind, your search for the perfect carpet will be an easy one.

 

Additional Carpet Options

Inserts - The option of creating a border insert for your carpet can add charm to any carpet design. These can be carved in to your carpet, for a natural look, or inlaid for a more theatrical look. Hatfields offer both alternatives and the styles can be selected from our range in store.

Underlay - If you are looking to invest in a quality carpet, a good quality underlay is very important as it will prolong the life of the product. Use of an underlay will absorb the energy applied when walking on the carpet, and also acts as cushion to protect the carpet from damage resulting from the floor surface.

I’ve made my selection. What next?

Quotes - Once you have selected the carpet you require we will arrange for one of our estimators to visit your home and measure up to quote for the fitting. Our experts will also survey the sub-floor to ensure the product will be suitable for the room fitting. Our quotes are valid for up to four weeks, or until the end of current promotion.

Fitting - Once the carpet has arrived in our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange the fitting date with our team of experienced fitters. If you have mobility issues or need help to remove furniture from your rooms prior to fitting, this can be arranged if necessary. Please discuss this when ordering. We also offer a service to remove and uplift old carpets for an additional charge, which will need to be booked when ordering your carpet.

What cover is available? - PremierCare covers accidental staining to your carpet. Stain Cover - Covers you against accidental household spills resulting in a stain. Stains Covered PremierCare will protect and restore your carpet, even if it has been affected by wide number of stains. From Coffee and Hot Chocolate, to Curry and Ketchup, right through to Nail Varnish, Cosmetics or Emulsion. Ask in-store for the full list of items and exclusions.

Please note - Other stains not listed here are included. Stain removal is subject to Terms and Conditions. PremierCare is subject to Terms and Conditions and you can find a summary of "Important Information" in-store from our sales consultants. Terms and Conditions are available on request. Bleach and corrosive substances are not covered if your carpet has not been treated with PremierCare approved Protector. PremierCare isn't a substitute for regular cleaning and maintenance.
