Delivery Information
Delivery Service
Our highly trained delivery team will deliver your new furniture safely into your home, eliminating any concerns about moving or damaging it yourself. Your furniture is carefully transported and wrapped in protective packaging to keep it safe. We will protect your floors to avoid any damage to your flooring. Our team will unwrap and place your furniture exactly where you want it (subject to access). They will also remove all large packaging and recycle where possible (excluding self-assembly furniture). We will ask you to examine the goods in the presence of our delivery crew and if you find the goods to be defective in any way this should be noted on the delivery documentation, which will be reported to our customer services department who will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours.
Enquire in-store about our Silver and Gold service delivery options. Smaller items, such as home accessories and rugs, can be collected in-store or from our warehouse upon delivery.

The TEMPUR Hybrid Elite is the second of three new mattresses which combine advanced TEMPUR material for pressure point relief with new Precision™ micro coils, individually encapsulated in fabric pockets to provide exceptional support. Made from state-of the-art cold-drawn steel, each micro coil has a diameter of 45mm, is wound to seven turns and compressed to 10cm, an ideal stiffness to maximize response and comfort. The sumptuous contemporary white and grey cover incorporates a QuickRefresh™ top, easily unzipped for washing and airing to enable you to keep your bed nice and fresh.
The Hybrid Elite is engineered to deliver a new, faster-responding feel by adapting to your temperature, weight and shape. If you share a bed, motion transfer is dampened because each person is independently supported so you can both sleep undisturbed.

All mattress measurements are approximate. Please allow for a tolerance of +/- 2cm.
TEMPUR mattress weight capacity is approximately 150kg per side (23 stone)
TEMPUR Mattresses must always be placed on a well-ventilated bed base or frame.
Bases with sturdy platform tops or slats (no more than 130mm apart) work best in terms of support and airing, check everything is level before you put your mattress on to use.
We do not recommend you place your new TEMPUR Mattress on a spring bed base unless it is under 5 years old and in good condition. It is vital support for your mattress is level and free of dips or hollows which can occur from prior use.
We also recommend when making up your bed, you do not use a valance between your mattress and chosen bed base as this can restrict air flow to your mattress.
Turning your mattress
All TEMPUR Mattresses are no turn! No heavy lifting is involved because you don't need to flip our mattresses over! Each model is constructed in layers so you sleep on the top side only. To prolong the life of our products, from time to time you can rotate your mattress head to foot. Advances in TEMPUR technology have resulted in keeping maintenance to a minimum.
Mattress cover care and cleaning
All the current range of mattresses have zipped removable covers. Below are details of how to care for this range:
Cover composition: Top and sides - 98% polyester, 2% elastane, base - 100% polyester.
Wash cover with similar coloured items
Wash cover inside out with zipper closed
Do not tumble dry
Maintaining TEMPUR Material
Upon removal of the mattress cover you may find a thin layer of stocking type material. Do not remove this layer. It is an important part of your mattress.
Please do not attempt to wash, sponge or dry clean the mattress itself. Doing so will invalidate your product guarantee. There is a high possibility you will cause irreversible damage, destroying the benefits of comfort and support which the patented TEMPUR material provides.
